Every piece reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, originality and artistic individuality. Our collections are not mass-produced, and each creation is carefully considered, individually crafted and made in limited numbers.
Our website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online shopping services.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our associated policies.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Our Products & Craftsmanship
All HS Something Lovely products are handmade, hand-illustrated, hand-painted or individually finished by hand.
Unlike mass-produced products, each creation possesses its own unique characteristics.
Slight variations in colour, brushstrokes, texture, dimensions, painted details and finishes are natural features of handmade artistry and are not considered manufacturing defects where the item otherwise conforms to its description and agreed specifications.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, individual creations may differ slightly from the images displayed.
By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge and appreciate these natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship.
2. Limited Production
All our collections are produced in limited quantities.
We do not engage in mass production.
Due to the exclusive nature of our products, once an item sells out, we cannot guarantee that it will be reproduced or become available again.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue designs or modify our collections at any time.
3. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection
HS Something Lovely's original designs, illustrations, patterns, artwork, branding and creative concepts are proprietary creations protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our registered trademarks are protected under the applicable trademark laws.
All original artwork, illustrations, product designs, photographs and creative materials remain the intellectual property of HS Something Lovely or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing an item does not grant ownership or reproduction rights over its artwork or design.
The unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, commercial distribution or exploitation of our protected designs is strictly prohibited.

4. Orders & Purchases

All orders are subject to availability, payment confirmation and acceptance.
Once an order has been confirmed and entered preparation, amendments or cancellations may not be possible, except as required by applicable law.

Riyadh — Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available within Riyadh for eligible orders, subject to order cut-off times, courier availability and delivery coverage.
Domestic Shipping — Saudi Arabia
Orders shipped to other cities within Saudi Arabia have an estimated delivery timeframe of 1–3 business days following dispatch.
GCC Shipping
Orders to supported GCC destinations are generally dispatched on the next business day, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, public holidays, destination accessibility and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee unless expressly agreed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including the correct national address, postal code and contact information.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or additional charges.
6. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia, additional customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other destination-specific charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Such charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not controlled by HS Something Lovely.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements.
Any additional charges arising from incorrect delivery details, customs requirements or a customer's refusal to accept a shipment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
7. Quality Inspection & Packaging
Every product undergoes an individual quality inspection before being shipped.
We carefully examine the condition, finish and overall quality of each creation to ensure that it meets our craftsmanship standards.
Each order is securely packaged using appropriate protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transportation.
Despite these precautions, unexpected circumstances may occur during shipping.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature, artistic individuality and limited production quantities of our collections, all purchases are considered final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
We do not offer discretionary returns, refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences or minor natural variations associated with handmade craftsmanship.
Returns or refunds may be accepted where a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Any mandatory statutory cancellation or return rights remain unaffected by this policy.
9. Damaged Items & Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at:

As our creations are produced in limited quantities, identical replacements may not always be available.
10. Customised & Personalised Orders
Customised and personalised creations are produced specifically according to a customer's individual requests or specifications.
Customised and personalised items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable for changes of mind, subject to applicable law.
Once production has commenced, cancellation or modification requests may not be accommodated.
Customers are responsible for verifying all customisation details, including names, wording, colours, measurements and other requested specifications, before confirming their orders.
However, where a customised product arrives damaged, defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the customer retains all applicable statutory rights and remedies.
11. Product Care & Handling
Our creations are delicate and require appropriate care.
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with their products.
Hand-painted finishes and decorative details may be sensitive to improper cleaning, excessive heat, abrasive materials or rough handling.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage after delivery or failure to follow appropriate care instructions is not ordinarily eligible for a discretionary refund or exchange.
This provision does not exclude any mandatory product warranty or consumer protection rights.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
We reserve the right to modify product prices without prior notice. Changes will not affect already accepted orders except as permitted by law.
